The launch party left early

EA Sports FC landed at #13 on Twitch, with 5.6 million hours watched and a 47% drop from September. That reads less like a walkout than launch-week gravity finally switching off: FC 27 was fresh, and EA spent the month shipping launch feedback and title updates.

FC 26 also went completely quiet, leaving FC 27 to carry every bit of the month's action. The audience shrank, but it did not scatter. It concentrated around the familiar rituals: FUT Champs, rewards, packs, reactions, and somebody inevitably trying to save United.

One Sunday, very loud United

Sunday, October 4 produced the franchise's 124K combined peak, the month's one-hour pile-on. angryginge13 owned the largest single stream at 65K, turning a realistic career-mode rescue mission into a stadium-sized intervention.

eliasn97 then controlled the following stretch with six of the month's biggest streams. His 49 hours across six broadcasts made the early FC 27 window feel like appointment viewing, while everyone else was still deciding whether their squad needed tactics, prayer, or both.

Packs got spooky, grinders stayed put

The middle of October moved from Future Stars into Ultimate Scream, and the calendar immediately filled with new cards, packs, objectives, and Halloween-flavored chaos. EA's event also brought tokens, Evolutions, and a No Rules live event, which is essentially football's official permission slip to become unbearable.

AuzioMF was built for that loop, going live 30 times for 158 hours as the spooky content arrived. Pieface23 supplied the jump-scare of the month instead, smashing a personal peak with 19K during a FUT Champs return. The headline audience may have cooled, but the dedicated crew treated October like a shift roster.
