Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to use Streamer Times?
For the app, yes, a free one. Sign in with your email address or with Twitch, Google or Apple. Your favorites, go-live alerts and notification settings belong to that account, so they sync across devices and survive a new phone. The website (schedules, rankings and streamer pages) is open to everyone without an account. If you installed the app before August 2026 and still use a guest session, add an email and password in Settings so your favorites are never lost.
How accurate are the AI predictions?
Predictions are built from each streamer's broadcasts over the past four weeks, their announced schedule and what they said on their last stream. Accuracy depends on how consistent a streamer's schedule is. Every prediction carries a confidence level (high, medium, low) so you know how much evidence sits behind it.
Which streamers are available?
You can add any Twitch or YouTube streamer to your guide. Use the search feature to find streamers by name. Streamer Times will automatically set up real-time notifications for them.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your email, favorites, and all associated data. You are taken back to the sign-in screen and can create a new account at any time.
Is Streamer Times free?
Yes, Streamer Times is free to download and use. The app includes ad banners to support development.
